I was there this to past Tuesday July 21. I walked in. The guy was very helpful and they took me right away as I had stopped at two other shops and they were busy. The price was fair. They got me in & out and their experience was good. They did a great job. the car really needed an alignment, and the car now is running great.

These folks here are great. I definitely recommend them. Very down to earth, straightforward, helpful, imformative, and they get right to the point. I will be coming back here. If I could rate higher than five stars, I most definitely would rate it higher.

I didn't get any service I walked out after I was told needed to get a tire my tire was too dry rottedto repair lmao all I had was a slow leak but he tried to get me to spend way more than I needed too. I ended up going to Goodyear down the street and they fixed it no problem and it was cheaper. Joes Tire Shop is just a money grab. The guy behind the counter lies to get ppl to spend more $ than they need too that pretty seems hard up for a business y'all doing OK?????? Oh and the customer service is trash too. Waste of time and space smh

Possibly the rudest big boy behind that counter. He made me feel like I was stupid and with the attitude and mark up the prices I took my business elsewhere. How they can charge more than town fair, for crappier tires is beyond me. It seemed as if he was inconvenienced by my questions.

June 2023 - Thanks to Joe's Tire Shop for fixing my tire. I was so surprised to find my car had a flat tire one morning. Taking the tire off to bring to Joe's, he showed us I drove over some loose screw that was dead center in the tread. Repaired in an hour and as good as new. # Joe's Tires has serviced area Waterbury people since the 1940's. Located on the west side near the Colonial Plaza they're busy every day. A large inventory of tires gives buyers their choice and what they don't have they can order, like a size that isn't standard for the vehicle specifications on your car made by the manufacturer and used on the entire line. Going a tad larger, the tires ordered for my car was placed with the owner Rich the day before, came in the next morning and were on within the hour and a half they predicted after our arrival. We had lunch in a plaza restaurant while we waited. Excellent service and job by the technicians with balancing the new tires, as well. They also do brakes and struts here. A fifty dollar coupon was available from the brand chosen with the purchase of four tires. What a deal! Enjoyed the smooth ride home.
